1. مسؤولية الباحث | Researcher Responsibility
يبقى الباحث مسؤولًا مسؤولية كاملة عن جميع البيانات والنتائج والاستنتاجات الواردة في بحثه، وتقتصر خدماتنا على الدعم العلمي والتحريري دون تحمل أي مسؤولية عن المحتوى العلمي للبحث.
The researcher remains fully responsible for all data, analyses, interpretations, and conclusions presented in the manuscript. Our role is limited to scientific and editorial support and does not extend to responsibility for the scientific content.
2. ملكية البحث | Research Ownership
تعود جميع الأفكار والبيانات والنتائج وحقوق الملكية الفكرية إلى الباحث أو فريقه البحثي، ولا تدّعي المجلة أو وحدة الدعم البحثي أي حق في ملكيتها.
All ideas, data, results, and intellectual property remain the sole property of the researcher or research team. The Journal and its Research Support Unit claim no ownership of the work.
3. النزاهة العلمية | Research Integrity
لا تقدم المجلة أي خدمة تتضمن تزوير البيانات، أو فبركتها، أو تعديلها، أو إخفاء النتائج، أو التلاعب بها بأي شكل من الأشكال.
The Journal does not provide any service involving fabrication, falsification, manipulation, omission, or alteration of research data or results.
4. أخلاقيات البحث | Research Ethics
يتحمل الباحث مسؤولية الحصول على جميع الموافقات الأخلاقية والقانونية اللازمة لإجراء بحثه، ولا تتحمل المجلة أو وحدة الدعم البحثي أي مسؤولية عن عدم استيفاء هذه المتطلبات.
The researcher is solely responsible for obtaining all ethical and legal approvals required for the study. The Journal and its Research Support Unit assume no responsibility for failure to obtain such approvals.
5. جمع البيانات | Data Collection
لا يقوم فريقنا بجمع البيانات، أو إجراء التجارب، أو تنفيذ الدراسات الميدانية أو السريرية نيابةً عن الباحثين.
We do not collect research data, perform experiments, conduct fieldwork, or carry out clinical studies on behalf of researchers.
6. تصميم البحث | Study Design
يمكن لفريقنا تقديم الاستشارات المنهجية، إلا أن مسؤولية تصميم الدراسة، واختيار المنهج البحثي، تبقى على عاتق الباحث.
Methodological consultation may be provided; however, the final responsibility for study design and research methodology rests with the researcher.
7. الكتابة العلمية | Scientific Writing
نقدم المساعدة في تنظيم وصياغة المخطوطات العلمية وتحسينها لغويًا ومنهجيًا، دون تغيير الحقائق العلمية أو النتائج.
We provide assistance in organizing, drafting, and editing scientific manuscripts while preserving the accuracy and integrity of the original scientific content.
8. المؤلفون | Authorship
لا يضيف فريق المجلة أو وحدة الدعم البحثي أسماءه كمؤلفين على أي بحث أو مخطوطة علمية، وتقتصر مساهمته على تقديم الدعم العلمي، والمنهجي، والتحريري وفقًا لسياسات هذه الوثيقة.
The Journal and its Research Support Unit do not request or accept authorship on any manuscript or research project. Our contribution is limited to providing scientific, methodological, and editorial support in accordance with the policies outlined in this document.
9. قرارات النشر | Publication Decisions
يمكن لفريقنا تقديم المساعدة في اختيار المجلة العلمية المناسبة، والمساعدة في إعداد متطلبات التقديم ومراسلة المجلات العلمية عند الحاجة، إلا أننا لا نضمن قبول أي بحث أو نشره، إذ تبقى قرارات النشر خاضعة بالكامل لهيئة تحرير المجلات العلمية والمحكمين.
We may assist researchers in identifying appropriate journals, preparing submission requirements, and communicating with journals when needed. However, we do not guarantee the acceptance or publication of any manuscript. Publication decisions remain solely under the authority of journal editors and peer reviewers.
10. السرية | Confidentiality
تعامل جميع الملفات، والبيانات، والمخطوطات التي يشاركها الباحث بسرية تامة، وتبقى جميع المعلومات والوثائق المقدمة مملوكة للباحث وحده، ويلتزم فريقنا بالمحافظة على سريتها وعدم الإفصاح عنها أو استخدامها لأي غرض خارج نطاق الخدمة المقدمة.
All manuscripts, data, and documents shared with us are treated with strict confidentiality. All information and materials remain the sole property of the researcher. Our team is committed to maintaining their confidentiality and will not disclose or use them for any purpose beyond the scope of the requested service.
11. مكافحة الانتحال العلمي | Plagiarism Policy
لا نقبل أي مشروع يتضمن السرقة العلمية، أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية، أو أي استخدام غير مشروع لأعمال الآخرين. ويقتصر استخدام أعمال الآخرين على الاقتباس العلمي المشروع، شريطة أن يتم وفق الأصول الأكاديمية المعتمدة، وبالقدر الذي تقتضيه الحاجة العلمية، مع توثيق جميع المصادر توثيقًا صحيحًا.
We do not accept projects involving plagiarism, copyright infringement, or the unauthorized use of another person’s work.
12. حق رفض تقديم الخدمة | Right to Refuse Service
تحتفظ المجلة بحق رفض تقديم أي خدمة تتعارض مع النزاهة العلمية، أو أخلاقيات البحث، أو القوانين النافذة، دون الالتزام ببيان أسباب الرفض.
The Journal reserves the right to refuse any project that conflicts with research integrity, ethical standards, or applicable laws, without obligation to disclose the reasons for refusal.
13. سياسة الرفض الصارمة | Strict Rejection Policy
تحتفظ المجلة ووحدة الدعم البحثي بحق رفض أي مشروع أو خدمة تتعارض مع رسالتها أو مبادئها الأخلاقية أو سياساتها العلمية. ولا نقبل المشاريع أو الأبحاث التي:
- لا تقدم قيمة علمية أو مجتمعية حقيقية للبحث العلمي أو المجتمع العراقي.
- تمس كرامة الإنسان العراقي أو المجتمع العراقي.
- تخالف القوانين النافذة في جمهورية العراق.
- تتعارض مع تعاليم الدين الإسلامي أو ثوابته.
- تتعارض مع عادات المجتمع العراقي وأعرافه وقيمه.
ونؤمن بأن العلم رسالة سامية، وأن احترام هوية المجتمع وقيمه لا يتعارض مع البحث العلمي، بل يوجهه نحو خدمة الإنسان والمجتمع بما يحقق المنفعة ويحافظ على الثوابت.
The Journal and its Research Support Unit reserve the right to reject any project or service that conflicts with their mission, ethical principles, or scientific policies.
We do not accept projects or research that:
- Fail to provide meaningful scientific or societal value to Iraqi society or Iraqi scientific research.
- Undermine the dignity of the Iraqi people or Iraqi society.
- Violate the laws in force in the Republic of Iraq.
- Conflict with the teachings or fundamental principles of Islam.
- Conflict with the customs, traditions, and values of Iraqi society.
We believe that science is a noble mission and that respecting the identity and values of society is fully compatible with scientific research. Rather than limiting science, these principles help direct it toward serving people and society in a meaningful and responsible manner.
14. حدود الخدمة | Scope of Services
تهدف خدماتنا إلى تطوير جودة البحث العلمي وتمكين الباحث من إنتاج عمل أكاديمي أفضل، ولا تهدف إلى استبدال دور الباحث أو القيام بعمله نيابةً عنه.
Our services are intended to improve the quality of research and support researchers in producing stronger academic work. They are not intended to replace the researcher’s own scholarly responsibilities.

We do not sell research papers or write theses on behalf of researchers. We provide scientific consultation, methodological guidance, and academic writing support to help researchers present their own work at the highest possible standard while maintaining academic integrity.
